Our Practice Leaders have demonstrated expertise within their industry specialization. Their work is focused into specific industry practices, so each Leader will have the greatest depth and breadth of knowledge possible to understand your issues and needs. You will find these Leaders actively involved in all aspects of our daily business and driving our searches, client engagements, and candidate communications. Behind each consultant is a Practice Leader who provides leadership, advice, training, and direction.

We, the Leadership, set the pace for our entire organization while mentoring our newer consultants to take on greater levels of responsibility. Even if you are not working directly with a Practice Leader, you can rest assured that there is one working closely with your consultant to ensure we provide the best possible service. As needed, you should expect to meet with the Practice Leader in person as well.

These people provide the due diligence necessary to ensure we maintain a quality of service well above market expectations through screening clients and candidates to provide the most beneficial service to both parties.
