2nd Annual IT Forum, 2007

Access Technology hosted our 2nd Annual IT Forum event on Wednesday January 14th, 2007 with over 300 guests attending.  Our two distinguished guest speakers were Dr. Kenichi Ohmae, President of Business Breakthrough Inc. and Mr. Garrett Ilg, President of Adobe Systems Japan.

In this article we explain in simple terms how we as a recruiting firm conduct our business on a daily basis.  There is a big difference between on online/job board style recruiting company and a headhunting/sourcing firm such as ourselves.  We also provide some visual aids to help both clients and candidates understand these differences.

The article centers on the core ethics of recruiting.  Not only from the perspective and expectations of any client but even more importantly for each recruiter as an individual and how they should conduct themselves to maintain the integrity of the profession.   We also take the opportunity to introduce some of our senior members in the firm.
