Personal Information Protection Policy
We, Access Technology, Japan, declare that we will establish, implement, and maintain our Personal Information Protection Policy as set forth below to comply with laws, ordinances, and other standards concerning personal information protection with regard to personal information of our customers and clients that we will use for business purposes.
To implement this declaration, we will publish the "Access Technology, Japan Personal Information Protection Rules" and fully notify such Rules to all parties concerned, including but not limited to, our employees (including general executives and employees, part-time workers, and dispatched workers) and other subcontractors, thereby practicing, improving, and maintaining this policy.
When obtaining personal information, we will do so by a legitimate and fair means without using unlawful methods, identify the purpose of using personal information, and publish the necessary matters on our internet homepage. Moreover, when obtaining personal information indirectly, we will confirm with the provider thereof whether such information is obtained lawfully from the subject person himself/herself.
To prevent personal information from being stolen, destroyed, manipulated, or divulged, we will take appropriate information security measures, including but not limited to measures against unauthorized access and computer viruses.
We acknowledge that the subject person of personal information has the right to disclose, correct, delete, or suspend the use of his/her personal information and will accept his/her requests therefore without objection.
When we use personal information in conjunction with a third party or deposit personal information with a third party for subcontracting, we will conduct a sufficient investigation into such third party, enter into the necessary agreement, and otherwise take measures that are legally necessary.
Personal information shall be used only by persons authorized according to specific duties to the extent necessary for performing such duties within the scope of the purpose of identified use.
It is prohibited, in principle, to provide personal information for third parties.
We will not divulge personal information by, for example, using it for any purpose other than those identified, bringing it out from the ordinary place of use, or transmitting it externally.
Our employees must neither inform any third parties of any personal information that has come to their knowledge in the course of performing their professional duties nor use any such personal information for unlawful purposes. The same shall be applicable and the necessary steps will be taken even after our employees are released from such professional duties.

Before we provide you with our service, please kindly agree to the following terms and conditions. Our service is subject to the following terms and conditions, with respect to handling of personal data.
We will use your Personal Information in relation to our service including the introduction of positions for which candidates are currently being sought. When we determine that a certain candidate is suitable for such positions, we may provide your Personal Information to our client companies for joint use. Data processing may be subcontracted to a third party. In both cases, we will do so after taking sufficient safety precautions, including executing a non-disclosure agreement.
You have the right to require the disclosure of Personal Information. Moreover, if such Personal Information is found to be erroneous as a result of such disclosure, you have the right to require the correction, addition, or deletion thereof. When you require the disclosure, correction, addition, or deletion of Personal Information, with (1) enclosure of Yen [1,000] unused stamp (in the case of disclosure) and (2) a copy of an official certificate showing your identity (such as drivers license or passport) and (3) a proxy in case requested by the attorney, you will send a mail addressed to the following contact person, stating in writing (1) your requirement, (2) your name, (3) address, and (4) contact information (phone number and e-mail address). If (in the case of disclosure) the designated amount of stamp is not enclosed, you are deemed not to make such a request.
On the other hand, if we violate the limitation of the objective of use, legitimate acquisition, or the prohibition of provision for third parties, you have the right to require suspending the use of or deleting such Personal Information or discontinuing provision for third parties. When you require any of the above, with (1) a copy of an official certificate showing your identity (such as drivers license or passport) and (2) a proxy in case requested by the attorney, you will send a mail addressed to the following contact person, stating in writing (1) your requirement, (2) your name, (3) address, and (4) contact information (phone number and e-mail address).
