While the focus of this practice is on general management positions, we also have extensive coverage in marketing, finance, legal and human resources positions. These searches are done on a retained basis.

Because we have been working in this specific market for over 15 years in Japan, our reference checks are effectively done before an interview is ever conducted, and we do additional due diligence as well.
Our methodology begins with an active engagement to determine both client and candidate expectations through face-to-face conversations. As such, we spend a lot of time in discussion before we begin searching. We understand the importance of timely execution while maintaining a first-class level of service. If we are not confident we can add specific value to the search or we cannot execute in a timely manner, we will decline the search.
